Beaufort Road Race

Although strong winds are dousing offshore dreams in the Barta Boys and Club tournament, they are still giving it their best chasing inshore species. That’s why they call it fishing!

This morning, several hundred participants made the 33rd Annual Ole Towne Rotary Road Race a great success. See below:

New Beaufort Artist

We can thank Jimmy Craig Womble for coming to Beaufort and opening a shop on the corner of Live Oak and Ann Street. He can be found on the web at jimmycraigwomble.com
Jimmy has some really cool stuff going on, so if you have a few minutes, go by his shop and pick up a painting for your home or office.

We ought to be thankful for all the folks like jimmy for coming to town, and adding to the mix!
