Beaufort has a new restaurant in town. Woody’s, owned and operated by Doug Raymond, opened last week in the space formerly occupied by Cubbie’s. Doug has injected new energy into the burger business. The french fries are a new cut, and served up, grease free, with a nice spicy salt; he has added several new salads, as well as fresh local seafood options if a burger or dog doesn’t hit you.
